Return & Exchange Policy
At Joyful Impressions, LLC, we want you to love your graphic t-shirts and handmade wood items as much as we love creating them! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns on Apparel and Tote Bags:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. There is a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price (pre-tax) unless the return is related to defect/damage/processing error.
- Items must be in original condition
- Exchanges: We recommend reviewing the size chart on the product page to ensure an accurate fit for your item. Even so, we understand that sometimes items do not fit right and we will gladly exchange your item for another size if there is an issue with fit.

- Buyer pays any shipping costs incurred with an exchange

Return Process
- Email us at joyful.impressions.llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
Refunds
- Refund will only be issued to the original purchase method to avoid fraud
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right and cover any shipping costs so don't worry!
