At Joyful Impressions, LLC, we’re committed to getting your custom t-shirts and wood crafts to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and options.
Order Processing
- Production Time: All custom t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping options at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $99+).
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We want to make it right!
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and help to file a claim if needed.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
