1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our site in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use.

2. Products & Custom Orders

  • Custom Designs: All custom t-shirt orders are made to your specifications. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.
  • Design Ownership: 

    By uploading an image to Joyful Impressions, LLC for custom printing, you confirm that:

    1. You own the rights to the image or have obtained proper authorization to use it for commercial reproduction.
    2. You accept full responsibility for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.
    3. You agree that Joyful Impressions, LLC is not liable for any legal issues arising from the use of your uploaded content.
    4. You acknowledge that submitted images must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to reject any image that violates our content standards.
    5. You understand that image quality affects print results. Low-resolution or poorly formatted images may result in suboptimal prints, and Joyful Impressions, LLC is not responsible for such outcomes. (Please upload images with at least 300dpi for best results).
  • Color & Print Variations: Due to the nature of custom printing, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Custom orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. Rush orders may be available upon request.
  • Shipping: We ship via USPS as our standard carrier but offer UPS and FedEx options for customers. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost product or delays caused by carriers, but we will help you file a claim if needed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Custom t-shirts are refundable with a 20% restocking fee unless there is a defect or error on our part.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, designs, and product images—is the property of Joyful Impressions, LLC and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Joyful Impressions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
